Here are some Stealth mopeds that don’t require license or registration ( Please check your town and state to make sure these rules are the same before purchasing)

The mopeds below don’t require license or registration because they have pedals and the speed is only 20mph with limiter on them.

The rules are as followed:

1- You must ride to the right of traffic like a bike.

2- You top speed shouldn’t exceed 20mph.

3- You shouldn’t ride on sidewalks.

4- You are required to ware a helmet.

5- You can’t ride behind cars in traffic.

6- Have a license plate on back stating its electric ( Stealth Scooters supply these plate to all our mopeds).

Follow these rules and you can ride these mopeds without a license or registration but be warned if you ride reckless then you are subject to being stopped by a police officer for reckless driving.

Note: These are working pedals on these mopeds but they are on there to make them legal to ride without license but they are not comfortable to pedal.
